I can't access my account
Make sure you're logging in with the same phone number you used to sign up. If you're still having trouble, email us at support@hooptie.io with your phone number and we'll help you get back in.
I'm not receiving my login code
Check that you entered the correct phone number and that your device can receive SMS messages. If the issue persists, try again in a few minutes or contact support.
A listing looks incorrect or outdated
Hooptie aggregates listings from third-party platforms. Listings may be removed or updated by the original seller at any time. If you see something that looks wrong, let us know at support@hooptie.io.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Settings tab in the Hooptie app. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
